Raedan AI specialises in data management consulting and strategy implementation serving the Australian government and large organisations for over 10 years. Co-founded by Andrew Smailes and Sharyn Csanki, the company’s journey is shaped by the dynamics between people and systems.   Our purpose is to empower executives, internal experts, and practitioners to extract value from data for business outcomes.  

We delve into the untapped potential of language data— which makes up 90% of the most valuable data  in  an organisation. 

Language data is found in emails, documents, contracts, customer interactions, and numerous other sources of text and voice that were previously inaccessible.  As Generative AI has gained prominence, the need for machines to accurately understand language has become increasingly significant. Human-like interactions and decision support are key to unlocking digital transformation and enhancing productivity.

Why Raedan AI?

Our name remembers an age-old tradition described in the Old English word rǣdan. Back then, rǣdan was more than simply reading—it meant interpreting, advising, and sharing the deeper meaning of texts, letters and symbols. The practice involved engaging with written language in a thoughtful and insightful way. 

expert.ai was similarly inspired by the meaning in language as they built their hybrid natural language AI. Much like the ancient rǣdan uncovered wisdom within texts, expert.ai technology articulates meaning with precision and explainability. It doesn’t just scan words—it understands context, nuance, and the layers of meaning hidden within complex data. 

Our name honours learning, reflection and the value of human knowledge. At Raedan AI, we practice the timeless art of interpreting language—aided by clever our approach to data, modern Hybrid AI and an advanced agentic toolset.
